Returns Due to the nature of the product we sell we only accept returns based on manufacturer's defect. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt if you have any faulty items or shortages by email or letter explaining the problem. You should NOT return any item to us without it being authorized first. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
